NOT WORKING!!!

Ok, Not sure why my new template isnt working. I edited the old one and the 'preview' looks how i want it to look, but it never goes to the actual site like that.

--Edit: Ok, got it to work, gotta remove the top line of the template to make it 'editable' i guess.
